DSP022LP - ARNAUD REBOTINI "Pagan Dance Move" LP

ARNAUD REBOTINI's "Pagan Dance Move" is now finally available for the first time on vinyl.

Pagan Dance Move is a collection of punchy and aggressive techno songs, sometimes melancolic and at times gothic, this 12" record regroups for the first time on vinyl the tracks originally released in 2012 as a digital EP by Zone Music and features a brand new Black Metal cover of its eponymous song.

ARNAUD REBOTINI is a multifaceted french songwriter and producer, with a career spanning over 25 years that has seen him venture and explore a wide range of sonic territories. From his death metal days with SWAMP, to his most original mixing of pop, electronics, jazz with contemporary music elements under the ZEND AVESTA banner, and his later work in well established electro acoustic blues rock band BLACKSTROBE, he has also been involved in many collaborations with artists such as Christian Zanesi and produced remixes for the likes of Rammstein, Morbid Angel & Depeche Mode to name a few. ARNAUD REBOTINI is also a soundtrack composer, who's works have led him to receive in 2018 a Cesar award and Prix Lumière for best original soundtrack for the film 120bpm.

As a solo artist ARNAUD REBOTINI operates with vintage analog synthesizers and equipment, yet putting them to use in a unique and modern fashion, thus creating a very personal spectrum of techno and electronic soundscapes with his now most recognizable imprint.

DSP011CD/LP - GRIBBERIKET "Sluket" CD / LP

GRIBBERIKET's second and new album entitled "Sluket", featuring the art of Sindre Foss Skancke.

"Sluket" is the follow up to GRIBBERIKET’s critically acclaimed first effort "Knefall", firstly released by the recordsofthefleshgod on a quickly sold out cassette, and later reissued on CD and LP by Dead Seed Productions.

This latest opus sees the Norwegian gang take their art a step further into hostile grounds while deepening their so particular blend of Blackened Doom Metal. While "Sluket" may appear a challenging listen to many, leaving them exposed to a wall of utter ugliness, it is an album that will prove itself of rewarding beauty to the most persistent of listeners.
"Sluket" is a statement that there are still bands contributing to renew the Doom Metal scene, a genre too often overcrowded with bands abiding by established rules and guidelines.

HJARNIDAUDI is the instrumental brainchild of Vidar "Voidar" Ermesjø (KOLDBRANN, KRAANIUM), the project emerged shortly after previous astral drone project HLIDOLF was put to a halt. HJARNIDAUDI has since been crafting a unique blend of doom and drone atmospheres for over a decade now, portraying massive and pounding soundscapes of dirgey, crushing and alienating guitar waves in a unique and incomparable way.

HJARNIDAUDI is as epic as it is apocalyptic, it is an unearthly trip that shatters the sonic barriers of time and dimension.

Though HJARNIDAUDI has always maintained a discreet status, it has nonetheless become an underground cult throughout the years, building a solid following and witnessing the likes of Niklas Kvarforth (SHINING) covering a number of its works.

We are pleased to finally release the first ever vinyl edition of "Psykostarevoid" in its original instrumental form.

This album is now available on Classic Black vinyl and Neon Purple vinyl, outer sleeve with selective varnish and printed innersleeve featuring revisited artwork. Includes instant digital download.

DSP004MC - SEKTARISM / DARVULIA "Split"

Often overlooked, but never disappointing, Darvulia has consistently produced some of the most unique Black Metal of the last decade. The band’s sparse catalog reflects its dedication to and the complexity of its work. The material on this new release is a departure from the band’s previous releases, however. Consisting of a single, 17-minute track of ritualistic and atmospheric improvisational music that defies simple categorization, Darvulia’s side of this split finds the band exploring more ritual and ambient territory. Sektarism, a band that also hails from France and features a member of Darvulia, provides a sprawling 20-minute track for side 2 of this release. Sektarism’s unique brand of bleak, ceremonial doom is an appropriate rejoinder to Darvulia’s morose presentation. While Darvulia’s side is sparse, Sektarism’s sound is full, oppressive, and pulverizing. It is persistent in its approach – repetitive, but not monotonous. As Sektarism’s track progresses, it breaks apart and disintegrates into noise laden bass drones that approach the minimalism that characterizes Darvulia’s side of the release. In this way, this split reflects a concerted approach by both bands to attain an atmospheric consistency while still retaining the unique stylistic flourishes of each band. - J. Campbell

Limited box edition of the SEKTARISM & DARVULIA split album, comes sealed in a die-cut slipcase, includes fully pro printed tape and a 12 page booklet with expanded artwork.

DSP003LP - ABORYM "Generator"

In 2006 hard hitting industrial titans Aborym -Official- released their 4th album GENERATOR, follow-up of the critically acclaimed "With No Human Intervention" album. GENERATOR saw the band delve deeper into sonic insanity, pushing further the boundaries of a unique hybrid of a genre they have set for themselves. ABORYM blend the speed and ferocity of Black / Death Metal with otherworldy electronics to upmost perfection, and with this misfit they have succeeded in establishing a new landmark and new standards in extreme metal.
GENERATOR marked the permanent arrival of previous co-worker Bard G. Eithun (Emperor,Blood Tsunami, Thorns) on drums and Preben (Mysticum, Amok) on vocals. This album also marked Attila Csihar's last performance with the band on the track "Man Bites God".

Now, 8 years after its initial CD release on Season of Mist , this post apocalyptic masterpiece is finally released on vinyl through Dead Seed Productions. This new edition comes as a noble 180g vinyl housed in a deluxe hardcover gatefold cover, and includes an A1 full colour poster.
